Fewer than 96 interval number of data will be available if the agent has been restarted within the last 24 hours for 15 minutes interval, 8 hours for 5 minutes interval, and 1.36 hours for 1 minute interval.
There is no requirement for an agent to ensure fixed relationship between the start of a one/five/fifteen minute intervals and wall clock, however some agents may align the fifteen minutes interval with quarter hours.
