A voice call will typically have two entries in this table one for each RTP stream. A combination of Source IP Address and Port, Destination IP Address and Port, and SSRC (synchronization source ID) are necessary to uniquely identify the call session. One management option is to configure VQM to only save call history information for poor quality calls that exceed threshold limits.
