DELL-NETWORKING-SMI
The DELL-NETWORKING-SMI module defines the foundational data structures and object identifiers required for Dell Networking OS devices to expose hardware telemetry, interface statistics, and system state metrics via SNMP. It serves as the prerequisite schema enabling network management systems to parse and monitor specific operational data points across Dell switches and routers.

dellNetExperimentdellNetExperiment provides a root object identifier from which experimental mibs may be temporarily based. mibs are typicially based here if they fall in one of two categories 1) are IETF work-in-process mibs which have not been assigned a permanent object identifier by the IANA. 2) are Dell Networking OS work-in-process which has not been assigned a permanent object identifier by the Dell Networking OS assigned number authority, typicially because the mib is not ready for deployment. NOTE WELL: support for mibs in the dellNetExperiment subtree will be deleted when a permanent object identifier assignment is made. OBJECT IDENTIFIER .1.3.6.1.4.1.6027.20 |
More MIBs from Force10
Browse all Force10MIBs →The FORCE10-BGP4-V2-MIB enables monitoring and management of BGP4 protocol states, neighbor relationships, and routing table statistics on Dell Force10 networking hardware. It provides specific access to BGP session counters, route attributes, and peer state transitions for troubleshooting and policy enforcement within the network infrastructure.
SNMP MIB module
The DELL-NETWORKING-CHASSIS-MIB provides SNMP access to monitor physical chassis components and environmental sensors, including power supply unit status, fan module health, temperature readings, and system uptime, on Dell Networking OS hardware.
The DELL-NETWORKING-FPSTATS-MIB module enables monitoring of forward plane traffic statistics, including packet and byte counters, on Dell Networking OS switches. It provides critical visibility into data plane throughput and forwarding performance for capacity planning and fault isolation.
The F10-CHASSIS-MIB enables monitoring and management of physical chassis components, including power supplies, fans, temperature sensors, and system status indicators, within Dell Networking OS environments. This module provides the necessary OID definitions to track hardware health and environmental metrics for Dell F10 series switches.
