Bitmask of disabled traps from product-specific network
management agents. Each octet within the value of
this object specifies a set of eight traps, with the
first octet specifying traps 1 through 8, the second

octet, the least significant bit represents the lowest
numbered trap, and the most significant bit represents
the highest numbered trap. Thus, each trap of the
device is represented by a single bit within the value
of this object. If that bit has a value of `0' then
